Card Stock & Finish
When it comes to printing your wedding cards, one of the first things you need to decide is which card stock to choose.

Bond paper is what most stationery items are printed on ie. Letterheads, Comps Slips & Envelopes. Smooth to the touch, ideal for folded cards.
Gloss paper has a high sheen. Ideal for non folded cards.
Silk paper is low in gloss. Silk stocks falls between matt and glossy finishes. Ideal for non folded cards.
Matt lamination is an ultra thin plastic film applied to almost any paper or board making it non-glossy, flat looking with very little sheen.
Conqueror is a premium paper which has a textured finish.
Pearlescent is a very unique paper with an elegant shimmering glimmer effect.
What is GSM?
GSM is an acronym standing for ‘Grams per Square Meter’. The higher the GSM number, the heavier the paper.
Hot Foil stamping is the process of using heat and pressure to apply metallic foil or holograms. Gold and silver are the most common colours.
